A resolution that addresses the external societal oppression on humanity, Monologue explores intergrading portable safe spaces  into clothing. Inspired by our instinctual desire to temporarily escape to peace, Monologue represents an unsolicited conversation we share with ourselves when removed from chaos, and ultimately, a preparation for our return to reality. Applied similar principles of the structures in children’s pop-up books to fabric, monologue was able to implement portable spaces in ready to wear garments, which allow the wearers to effortlessly set up isolation anywhere and at anytime.
